Three-Cheese Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1 pkg chopped spinach (in the freezer section)
1 pkg cream cheese
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded asiago cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped red pepper
¼ to ½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup shredded marble cheese
4 greek pitas or naan
butter for pitas
Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Defrost spinach, rinse and squeeze out.
Combine spinach with cream cheese, parmesan, asiago, red pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
Put mixture in oven safe dish, then spread shredded marble cheese overtop.
Bake at 375°F until cheese bubbles on top (approx. 10 mins).
Butter both sides of pitas, cut into wedges and toast.
